If your books are behind — even a few months — we scope a cleanup before recurring work starts. Cleanup runs $1,500–$4,500 depending on how far back we go and how messy it is. We quote it on the fit call. Most clients land on Job Cost after cleanup.

Why a range instead of a fixed price?
Volume drives the price. A $1M shop with 4 jobs is simpler than a $1M shop with 40 jobs. We quote a fixed monthly rate on the fit call after we see your transaction count and job volume.
Do I have to buy a cleanup?
Only if you're behind. If your books are current and clean, we skip it and go straight to recurring. Most new clients are 3–12 months behind, so cleanup is the norm.
What software do you work in?
QuickBooks Online is our primary platform. We also work in QuickBooks Desktop. If you're on something else, ask on the fit call — we'll tell you whether it works.
What trades do you work with?
Solar, roofing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, general contracting, and specialty trades. If you're project-based and need job-level numbers, we're probably a fit.
When do I get my close pack?
By the 15th of the following month. Every month, same sections, same format.
